Outbrain is seeking an IT Manager to join our global Information Technology team, supporting our six offices across Europe and an employee population of around 120 people. Based out of our London office and reporting to the IT Manager for EMEA/APAC, we are looking for a solution-driven problem solver who can balance corporate demands within a start-up style environment. This role is not for someone who is used to managing a large team and wishes to continue in a managerial tole, as you will only have responsibility one intern, though you will have occasional support from the wider global IT team.
Outbrain is the world’s leading content recommendation platform. We work with many of the world’s leading online publishers and brands, helping them monetise their offering and drive customers to their content. Most of our European employees (and your internal customers) are client facing, in sales or account management type roles, with small European HQ functions in London.

Travelling is expected between our EU locations.
The IT Manager will maintain our servers, Cloud infrastructure , network and desktop infrastructure throughout Outbrain's locations in Europe. As the only IT Manager on the ground in Europe (with support from an IT Intern) the successful candidate must be a self-starter with the confidence and experience to provide day-to-day operational support, take ownership of all the IT services in our EU locations, lead strategic IT projects and interact with departments to identify and implement new technology solutions.
