We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will play a pivotal role in helping to grow Outbrain’s midmarket publisher business (aka Engage).
This individual will work with Business Development, Product Marketing and Publisher Management leads to oversee the development, planning, and automation of effective marketing and communication campaigns targeted to new and existing business. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills to design and manage an effective lead generation, conversion management, and account communication platform. Once set up, the individual will continue to work with BD, marketing and PM lead to make data-driven decisions to improve KPIs along the entire sales funnel.
Throughout the process, the individual will partner with various internal teams, including a Salesforce Specialist and Website developer, to configure and automate various stages in the customer lifecycle including lead sourcing, review, onboarding, optimization, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in a marketing or sales operations role and will have experience with Salesforce and related email marketing platforms.
