Outbrain is the world's leading content discovery platform, empowering marketers to distribute their content on the web's largest and most respected media properties, such as CNN, People and ESPN.

 We’re hiring a Video Product Manager to join the expanding Amplify team to drive and own all aspects of the Video product in our platform.

 The Amplify team is responsible for the marketer platform tools and UI. As a Product Manager for Amplify, you’ll be in the center of it all, driving innovation and excellence to increase marketer usage, efficiency and driving growth.

 You’ll work closely with our engineers to guide products from inception to launch in an agile environment, as well as with BI, marketing, account strategy, sales and finance to gather all needed business inputs and successfully launch our products at scale.

 Responsibilities                                   

  • Manage the entire Video product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and post launch performance to maximize value
  • Articulate roadmap and priorities, creating the necessary artifacts and deliverables that move the vision from concept to reality within the organization globally
  • Partner with senior sales leadership and local brand teams to derive market requirements based on advertisers needs
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and UXD team to create powerful UI. Oversee implementation by the engineering groups through launch.
  • Lead data-driven product decisions by setting and analyzing product metrics at a large scale
  • Travel on a quarterly basis to gather feedback from clients and internal teams abroad

Qualifications

  • Experience with Video technologies from online publishing and/or AdTech companies - Must
  • 5 years+ experience as a Product Manager on a SaaS product
  • Demonstrated success launching high quality technology products
  • Familiarity with VAST, VPAID, JS, video players and video ad servers
  • Familiarity with programmatic operations, DSP, SSP, RTB platforms
  • Strong technical understanding, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing and synthesizing data to inform decision making.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Insightful, innovative and adapts well to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication in English, both in written and verbal
